Qualifications

• Proven budget management and project management skills.
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-organizational systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to build and support cloud and on-prem services.
• Guide architecture for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Plan annual systems work and coordinate staff activities.
• Support agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Monitor service levels and ensure on-time, on-budget IT delivery.
