Job summary

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC in the United States is seeking a Manager, Cloud Services & Infrastructure to lead strategy and operations of our cloud and on‑premises environment, centered on Azure, M365, AD, Intune and Exchange, while guiding modernization and ensuring secure, scalable services.

You will lead a team, partner with technology leadership, manage vendor relationships, and drive budgets, security, and reliability for the firm’s technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or similar.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervision within infra or cloud ops.
• Strong hands-on with Azure, AD, M365, Intune, and Exchange.
• Experience with MSPs and vendor management.
• Experience supporting professional services or law firm is a plus.
• Excellent communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud and infrastructure team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Own strategy and daily operations of Microsoft Azure environment.
• Direct administration of AD, M365, Intune, and Exchange security.
• Ensure high availability, DR readiness, and backup strategies.
• Oversee network ops including Ubiquiti, Palo Alto firewalls, Versa SD-WAN.
• Manage vendor partnerships, licensing, and technology investments.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization with leadership.
• Collaborate with security, development, and support teams.
• Establish infrastructure standards and access governance.
• Lead cloud migrations and major infrastructure projects.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and security metrics.
• Provide reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.
