Job summary

Amen Clinics, Inc./Mindworks Innovations Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Administrator to design, implement, and secure on‑premises and cloud infrastructure across healthcare environments. You will manage Windows/Linux workloads, Azure and Google Cloud resources, and protect sensitive patient data.

The role emphasizes scripting with PowerShell, IaC practices, backups, and disaster recovery, with strong collaboration across IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with both Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
• Strong Windows Server admin and Hyper‑V experience; AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and security hardening.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, implement, and support infrastructure solutions with deployment plans.
• Configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments; support Linux cloud workloads.
• Administer Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and backup services.
• Deploy and administer Google Cloud resources (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM).
• Manage cloud resources, permissions, budgets, and usage; improve availability and cost.
• Administer network gear and VPNs; maintain VLANs, DNS, DHCP, connectivity.
• Administer Entra ID, hybrid identities, Microsoft 365; implement access controls.
• Backup and disaster recovery testing; document fixes and runbooks.
• Monitor logs, investigate incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis with vendors.
