Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to design, manage, and maintain a cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure AVS and AWS deployments. The role requires strong Windows and Linux administration, automation scripting, and experience with on-premises components.

Qualifications

7-10 years of Windows and Linux-based OS configuration, automation and management.
5-7 years of automation scripting including PowerShell and config as code tools.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in IT Management or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Azure Cloud AVS cloud solutioning, maintenance and deployment.
AWS cloud platform experience; OCI knowledge would be nice to have.
Manage Infrastructure: VMs, Azure DB, storage, VNets, SRM, Traffic Manager, ARM Templates, Azure Load Balancer and Azure AD.
Perform infrastructure upgrades to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
On-premises infrastructure: AD, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing.
Identity and user management via Azure or 3rd party.
