Job summary

Oracle seeks a key contributor in Access Governance to join our development organization in Austin, Texas. You will support critical customers onboarding to our service, including some of the world’s largest enterprises as they transition to the cloud.

The role focuses on diagnosing high-impact incidents, developing core infrastructure services, and driving improvements in performance, security, and disaster recovery. You should be prepared for on-call support and mentorship of junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing high-impact incidents and escalations.
• Experience developing and maintaining core infrastructure services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact technical incidents and escalations.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain core infrastructure services, integrations, and automation.
• Improve system performance, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Establish technical standards, document architecture and support procedures, and mentor junior analysts.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
• Knowledge in java and cloud specific technologies
