Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program and project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proficient with global Finance and enterprise capabilities.
• Strong cloud operations background in Oracle environments.
• Deliver programs end-to-end from conception to usability.
• Ability to lead without authority with clear executive communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build bridges across Oracle business units to align programs with on-time delivery.
• Drive execution of tasks within cross-functional teams for large-scale initiatives.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and vendors for status updates.
• Manage scope and schedules, reporting deliverables across global units.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and accountability throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify risks and unblock blockers to keep enterprise projects on track.
• Collaborate on processes and workflows supporting IT governance and PM methodologies.
