Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in enterprise settings.
• 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience with global finance and enterprise business capabilities.
• Strong cloud operations background for architecture discussions.
• Proven delivery of technical programs from conception to usability study.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate clearly with executives.
• Bachelor's degree and professional PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build bridges across Oracle business units to plan, develop, and deploy programs with quality and on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional tasks to ensure success of large-scale initiatives.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and executives.

• Identify risks and resolve blockers to keep enterprise programs on track.
