You will follow EOPs/MOPs, coordinate with utilities and vendors under tight SLAs, and mentor junior analysts while communicating findings to executives. Strong analytical skills and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of incident response experience in data center environments.
• Experience managing data center enterprise incidents (facility, NOC, SOC).
• Experience following EOPs and MOPs and driving investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response investigations in data center environments.
• Follow and execute EOPs and MOPs under pressure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to triage real-time alerts.
• Mentor junior analysts and communicate findings to executives.
