Responsibilities

Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact technical incidents and escalations.
Develop, enhance, and maintain core infrastructure services, integrations, and automation.
Improve system performance, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Establish technical standards and document architecture and support procedures.
Mentor junior analysts and analyze recurring issues for permanent fixes.
Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
Knowledge in Java and cloud technologies.
