Job summary

Snowflake Observe by Snowflake seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS for a high-scale observability platform.

You will improve reliability, deploy CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across engineering teams to ensure infrastructure supports evolving product needs, with emphasis on automation, security, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, DevOps or related roles.
• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong programming skills in Go or Python for automation and systems development.
• Experience supporting production systems at scale with focus on reliability.
• Experience with AWS, GCP and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS for a high-scale observability platform.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability across environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to boost productivity and safety.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and maintain security standards and compliance.
• Build infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support evolving product needs.
