Job summary

Seamen's Society for Children and Families is seeking a Systems & Cloud Administrator to manage the Agency's Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and Windows environments from its Staten Island campus. You will serve as the primary Tier 2/3 escalation resource for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services.

You will implement changes, troubleshoot complex issues, support cybersecurity and recovery operations, and drive automation and projects in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of progressive technology support, systems administration, or cloud administration.
• At least two years of experience administering portions of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, and single sign-on.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, mailboxes, licensing, and permissions.
• Administer Entra ID identities, enterprise applications, MFA, SSO, and identity synchronization.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, authentication, licensing, and access issues.
• Implement Conditional Access and related security configurations; manage policy exceptions.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint-management configurations; ensure compliance.
• Monitor endpoint health, patching, and security; maintain system documentation.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, file services, and Group Policy.
• Develop automation scripts and manage deployments with proper change control and rollback.
