Job summary

Penfield Children’s Center is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage and secure our cloud, network, and server infrastructure. You will lead Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, and device enrollment for staff, while maintaining Fortinet security and UniFi networking.

The role reports to the Director of Information Services and partners with a small IT team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT systems administration experience in cloud/networks, plus strong PowerShell

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT systems administration experience.
• Experience with cloud, network and server environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT.
• Experience with Proxmox/VMware/Hyper-V or similar virtualization.
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services for staff access.
• Manage Entra ID, Intune, and device enrollment.
• Maintain Fortinet security and UniFi network infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 1-3 IT support and incident resolution.
• Assist with HIPAA security controls and DR planning.
