Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking engineers to own CPU and memory components used in AWS servers.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, validate, launch, monitor and troubleshoot at large scale, delivering high-quality hardware and software for the cloud. The role requires 3+ years of software development, 2+ years in design/architecture, and a strong background in programming.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new/existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Own next-generation CPU and memory components used in AWS servers.
• Interact with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, validate, launch, monitor and troubleshoot at large scale.
