Job summary

SHI is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice and drive delivery excellence across modernization initiatives. You will guide a team of architects, consultants, and engineers, shaping offerings with sales and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services.
Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
Develop reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
