Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering and product management to drive projects from inception through deployment.

This Seattle, WA-based role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesdays through Fridays and remote Mondays, or with approved accommodations. You will manage dependencies, forecast budgets, and align teams to deliver valuable software while optimizing cloud spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software, or related field.
• 7+ years leading and delivering complex software programs, including 2+ years in a Technical Program Management role.
• Experience with Agile SDLC, risk management, dependencies, milestones, and communicating status.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across product management, engineering, and design to build data-driven project plans and schedules.
• Drive process improvements to increase engineering velocity while managing costs.
• Own dependencies and simplify coordination to achieve right outcomes.
• Track risks/issues/roadmaps and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Build trust with senior leaders by aligning priorities and providing timely updates.
• Lead by example with thoroughness, care for customers, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Influence engineering teams to optimize spending and forecast budgets.
