Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own the company's cloud and technology financial management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises portfolios. The role will establish a new FinOps function, operate cost tooling, and deliver executive reporting while maturing the cost strategy under the VP of Technology.

This hands-on manager position focuses on cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and governance, with no direct reports initially and potential future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management or FinOps with 3+ years in a dedicated cloud financial role.
• Hands-on with cloud cost platforms (Vantage, Apptio, Cloudability, Flexera, CloudHealth, CloudZero).
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/show-back models.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost strategy across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolios.
• Operate FinOps tooling, cost visibility, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Manage cost optimization across cloud workloads and SaaS including savings and commitments.
• Develop cost forecasts with documented methodology and monthly re-forecasts.
• Establish FinOps operating model, governance, and cost stewardship across teams.
