Cerence AI is seeking a FinOps Developer to drive visibility, accountability, and optimization of cloud spend across a global Azure-first environment. You will modernize data pipelines, enhance cost accountability, build automation, and establish scalable FinOps processes that position Cerence among the most cost-efficient in the industry.

• 2+ years of FinOps, cloud engineering, cloud operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of cost management using Azure, AWS, GCP, and third-party tools.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting platforms and dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or cost optimization initiatives.
• Clear communication skills to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Experience with data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Kubecost, Python, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve cloud cost reporting across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Define, design, implement, and maintain cost optimization tooling and budgeting processes.
• Migrate and enhance data pipelines, reporting models, dashboards, and automation for FinOps.
• Improve cost allocation through labeling, tagging, and chargeback processes.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and drive efficiency.
• Manage reporting and analytics including SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Kubecost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud financial accountability and governance.
• Document operational, development, deployment, and collaboration processes.
• Leverage AI to accelerate tasks such as campaigns, duties, resolution, and monitoring.
• Ensure continuity of FinOps tooling, reports, and capabilities.
