You will partner with application, finance, and procurement teams, driving cost/performance improvements through data-driven analysis and automation. Responsibilities include building dashboards, implementing tagging standards, and automating FinOps tooling via APIs while staying current with industry trends and best practices for cloud

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of Azure Cloud FinOps experience with optimization
• Experience evaluating infrastructure for cost improvement without reducing performance
• Experience with REST APIs and automation
• Proficient in Python; scripting in PowerShell or Bash
• 5+ years in a large organization, similar role
• Excellent debugging and proactive analysis skills
• Fluent English in speech and writing

Aufgaben

• Analyze Azure pricing models, detect cost trends, and provide data-driven insights
• Ensure appropriate Azure services are used to avoid overspending
• Track KPIs for Azure financial performance and optimize tooling configurations
• Collaborate with platform teams to configure cost management tooling across environments
• Create dashboards to monitor cost trends and perform root-cause analyses
• Automate configuration and management of cost tooling via APIs
• Build pipelines for daily/weekly updates and automated reports
• Enforce tagging standards and implement new guidelines
• Translate business needs into PoCs or new features for stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends to advise on cost/performance improvements
• Collaborate with teams to break down complex requests using diagrams
