Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including ERP Finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday, including requirements mapping.
• Deep knowledge of financial functional areas: Budget, AR, Billing, GL, and related modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and migration validation.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering, documentation, and validation of requirements across Finance workstreams.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state Workday solutions.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
• Support implementation readiness, workshops, and system configuration.
• Maintain traceability and document decisions; manage risks and gaps.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and migration validation for data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business, Finance, and technical teams.
• Present findings and requirements to executives and stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning, test cases, execution, and defect resolution.
• Assist with training materials and end-user training activities.
