CrowdStrike is seeking engineers to join the Falcon Exposure Management team and help design a new AI-driven product from the ground up. You will shape architecture for high-throughput data processing and build distributed systems foundations that support autonomous reasoning and tool usage in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of production experience building and maintaining systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed systems to production with reliability and cost ownership.
• Practical experience with agentic loops handling real data and tool usage.
• Non-determinism handling: structured outputs, retries, and graceful fallbacks.
• Strong architectural judgment to break down unfamiliar problems.
• Hands-on use of frontier-model SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build a new product from the ground up with foundational architecture decisions.
• Build the distributed systems foundation for high throughput and reliability.
• Incorporate agentic capabilities into the product with explainable results.
• Take AI capabilities from prototype to production, owning latency and cost.
• Define guardrails and policies for safe autonomous reasoning in enterprise use.
• Translate open-ended challenges into scoped, shippable increments.
• Set quality, testing, and observability standards and mentor engineers.
