Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe.

You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive AWS-based implementations, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and guiding trade-offs for performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include leading migrations, shaping technical strategies, managing risks, and communicating with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
• 1+ years as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning with AWS services and best practices.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and mapping to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
