Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a hardware-focused engineer to design high-performance servers for AWS cloud infrastructure in Cupertino. You’ll partner with hardware, software, and TPM teams to scale products and improve customer experience in edge and data center environments.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, vendors, and ODM/JDM teams to translate requirements into manufacturable designs, and solving operational challenges to enable reliable production at scale.

Qualifications

• BS in EE/CE/CS with hands-on hardware and system design experience.
• 3+ years in complex server, storage, or network server designs.
• Experience with design verification and operational repair plans.
• Experience debugging PCIe, memory, storage subsystems or networking.

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and TPM teams to deliver scalable server designs.
• Interfacing with customers and vendors to understand requirements and drive development.
