Job summary

Skydio is seeking a passionate Deployment Engineer to join its Customer Success team in the Northeast US. In this role, you'll lead the technical implementation of cloud-connected products, ensuring they deliver value in our customers' ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience supporting cloud devices, particularly in WiFi networking, and a strong understanding of software integrations. The position involves travel and collaboration with various internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting cloud-connected devices.
• Experience with WiFi networking required.
• Ability to acquire Part 107 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and system maintenance for cloud-connected products.
• Ensure deployed devices are functioning effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requests.
• Track and manage implementation projects for enterprise customers.
