Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a seasoned Cloud Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end deployment plans across customers, services, and partners. You will clear blockers, manage timelines, and ensure production readiness while applying coding and systems design to accelerate deployments.

The role requires deep cloud-native architecture experience, excellent stakeholder engagement, and up to 25% travel. The position sits at the intersection of technical delivery and customer success for rapid realization of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to, or managing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
• Preferred: experience with Google Cloud products and differentiation from competition.
• Preferred: experience with multi-agent frameworks and Vertex AI lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
• On-board the implementation team, clear blockers, manage timelines and readiness.
• Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Drive and track progress of ramp of workloads and expand opportunities within accounts.
• Sustain product usage and support renewals.
