Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Demand Planner to align customer needs with cloud infrastructure capacity. In this role you will forecast demand, balance supply and demand, and partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Engineering to ensure resources are available when needed.

You will analyze historical data, market trends, and customer signals to drive capacity planning decisions, optimize resource utilization, and minimize deployment bottlenecks in a fast-growing AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or capacity planning.
• Forecasting models and data visualization skills required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with demand planning software and cloud/IT infrastructure context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for cloud infrastructure resources.
• Align capacity planning with sales projections to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance on resource optimization.
• Track customer demand signals and translate into infrastructure requirements.
• Evaluate projects to anticipate capacity needs and avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify gaps in supply planning and propose proactive solutions.
• Provide strategic insights on demand trends and risks to leadership.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on data.
