Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Capacity Finance team. You will support the Director of Capacity Finance to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information, driving performance and proactive business planning.

You will lead GPU capacity planning within FP&A, build and maintain forecasting models, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasts and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles.
• Experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex models.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Experience with SQL, Netsuite, and AI productivity tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A capacity planning within the organization.
• Drive financial planning and forecasting; maintain models and databases.
• Own infrastructure reporting and capital expenditure analysis across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to track infrastructure KPIs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with capacity planning, fleet ops, and supply chain to optimize forecasts and capex.
• Support Fixed Asset Accounting with process improvements.
