Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Demand Planner to align customer demand with cloud capacity. You will work with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Engineering to forecast demand and secure resources.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and influence capacity decisions to minimize deployment bottlenecks and ensure a smooth, scalable cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in demand planning, supply chain, or capacity planning in IT infra.
• Strong forecasting and data visualization experience.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for cloud infrastructure resources.
• Align capacity planning with sales projections to ensure availability.
• Work with engineering and operations to optimize supply/demand for compute, storage, and network capacity.
• Translate customer demand signals into infrastructure requirements with GTM, Solutions Architects, and Product teams.
• Evaluate enterprise projects to anticipate capacity needs and minimize bottlenecks.
• Identify gaps in supply planning and propose proactive solutions for high-priority deals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Datacenter Operations to optimize resource investments and costs.
• Provide insights on demand trends, capacity constraints, and risks to leadership.
• Track forecast accuracy, usage rates, and variances; adjust as needed.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements in demand planning workflows.
• Analyze historical demand vs. forecast to create dashboards and reports across product lines.
