Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager to join a leading technology and cloud services team in a Hybrid role across Plano, TX; Charlotte, NC; and Chandler, AZ. You will manage demand intake, forecast capacity, and align plans with funding and delivery constraints.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in demand management for shared tech services, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of cloud consumption patterns. Competitive hourly pay on W2 with three onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity modeling, utilization, and tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience working with finance, governance and platform teams to translate demand into plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-term demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs for planning and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.

As an Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing demand intake, evaluation, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, capacity planning expertise, and financial management capabilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Locations: Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr on W2
