Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Infrastructure/Cloud Engineer to manage end-to-end demand for internal cloud platform services across Plano, TX and other hybrid locations. The role focuses on demand intake, evaluation, normalization, prioritization, and forecasting, aligning with capacity and funding constraints.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of demand/portfolio experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with cloud consumption patterns, finance collaboration, and governance

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.
• ITIL Certification preferred
• Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms

Responsibilities

• Analyze intake requests for internal cloud platform services.
• Model capacity impacts based on demand data.
• Maintain and prioritize demand backlogs.
• Integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end demand intake and evaluation process.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
