Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of complex technical initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure delivery across AWS-hosted environments and Java-based applications.

The role requires extensive experience in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology initiatives, with strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex software development, cloud, systems integration, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and change.
• Establish delivery baselines and governance; track performance, financials, and stakeholder adoption.
• Coordinate delivery across AWS-hosted environments and Java-based applications; translate requirements into release plans.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and forecasts; communicate progress and risks clearly.
