Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and platform enhancements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, and timelines, and communicate with Federal stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with AWS environments and Java applications, strong governance, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; adjudication is required before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across multiple workstreams, vendors, and agile teams.
• Establish delivery baselines, governance, and manage requirements, change, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, architects, engineering and operations leads, and stakeholders to meet outcomes.
• Manage release readiness, environment dependencies, data migration, and production handoff.
• Develop concise executive dashboards and status reports for leadership.
