Job summary

Guidehouse, Washington, DC, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives for the GrantSolutions contract. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, budget management, governance, and ensuring alignment with business priorities across AWS, Java-based apps, cybersecurity, and cloud modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; adjudication required before onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of prior relevant experience across complex software development, cloud, systems integration, or enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives for the GrantSolutions contract.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business and technical requirements into prioritized release plans; maintain traceability from objectives to delivered capabilities.
• Establish governance, deliverables, metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready project documentation.
• Drive release readiness, environment integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational handoff.
