Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Program Manager for Cloud & Data Protection in the Atlanta area to accelerate product development through structured execution and governance.

You will align owners, dependencies, and risks across product, architecture, and analytics teams, enabling faster customer insight and solution design. The role requires 5+ years leading complex programs in technology or cloud environments, with strong communication and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs in technology, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional programs from planning through completion with integrated schedules and executive communications.
• Strong command of project and program management disciplines, governance, scope and change management.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain an integrated view of programs and recommend sequencing or resource tradeoffs when constraints threaten outcomes.
• Lead program and portfolio reviews to document commitments and escalate risks with clear impacts and decisions.
• Apply PDLC as a framework, ensure stage-gate criteria and approvals.
• Establish program controls and executive reporting.
• Identify systemic delays and coach owners on governance and escalation.
• Partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable programs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve conflicts; escalate when needed.
• Represent programs in planning, governance, and executive reviews.
• Maintain portfolio reporting on milestones, risks, and capacity; coordinate roadmap inputs.
