Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager for Cloud & Data Protection to drive execution across cross-functional teams. The role creates integrated plans, aligns owners and dependencies, and clears delivery barriers to accelerate launches and innovations.

The ideal candidate will lead governance, stage-gate decisions, and executive reporting while partnering with Product Management, Architects, and Analysts to balance customer insight with portfolio health and delivery confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technology programs.
• Proven ability to govern program scope, risks, and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates.
• Experience with project/portfolio tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with milestones and owners.
• Maintain an integrated view of programs and assess delivery confidence.
• Lead program and portfolio reviews to document commitments and blockers.
• Apply the Product Development Lifecycle framework with stage-gate criteria and approvals.
• Establish program controls including logs, RACI, and executive reports.
• Coordinate inputs to roadmap reviews and resource-planning discussions.
• Partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable programs.
• Represent programs in planning, governance, and executive forums.
