Job summary

Tanium delivers real-time cloud-based endpoint management and security. The Cloud Cybersecurity Intern will work with a mentor to deliver a project that enhances Tanium Cloud security, present results to the R&D team, and gain hands-on experience in cloud security operations.

We offer a hybrid schedule with potential housing stipend, 401k matching, and a monthly communications allowance. Applicants must be US-authorized, enrolled in a bachelor’s program, and graduating 2027/2028.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s degree candidate. GPA 3.5+ REQUIRED.
• Graduating Spring 2028 or Fall 2027.
• Prior internship preferred.
• Has some experience with Cloud such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Experience first‑hand cloud security and operations in a software security company.
• Deliver a well‑defined project that will help improve the security at Tanium.
• Work as a member of Tanium’s Cloud Cybersecurity team.
• Show off what you’ve built.
