Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Share Customer Engineering Manager III to lead a team of Customer Engineers across Retail and Google Cloud. The role spans multiple US locations and requires strong leadership in cloud architecture and customer engagements.

You will guide technical discussions, manage migrations and collaborate with sales, product marketing and engineering to accelerate value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization or containers.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.
• Leadership experience (people management, team lead, mentorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Engineers and drive culture, talent strategy and skills development.
• Provide thought leadership on cloud, cross-pillar solutions and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to define technical GTM strategies and delivery plans.
• Balance technical leadership with delivery ops and run workload/opportunity reviews.
• Collaborate across Google, partners, and your team to resolve roadblocks.
