Google Cloud Platform team helps customers remodel and build the next generation of their business with modern cloud solutions. As Customer Engineering Manager in Atlanta, you will translate customer needs into scalable cloud strategies and lead a skilled CE team.

You will partner with sales and engineering to drive opportunities, design migration roadmaps, and ensure successful outcomes across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years leading a technical team in a cloud computing environment.
• Experience building or leveraging AI frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs and lead interview panels with CE leadership.
• Organize and enable the CE team to meet annual customer goals.
• Identify opportunities with Google Cloud sales and drive technical insights.
• Collaborate across sales, support, product, and engineering to resolve issues pre/post sale.
• Travel up to 30%.
