Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Demand Planner to align customer needs with cloud infrastructure capacity. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Engineering to manage the pipeline, forecast demand, and address availability challenges, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time.

You will translate demand signals into infrastructure requirements, optimize compute/storage/network capacity, and provide leadership with trend analyses.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or capacity planning in cloud, data center, or IT infra.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting models and data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience with demand planning and supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components and how they scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for cloud resources.
• Align capacity planning with sales projections to ensure availability.
• Optimize supply/demand matching for compute, storage, and network capacity.
• Track customer demand signals with GTM, Solutions Architects, and Product teams.
• Evaluate enterprise projects to anticipate capacity needs.
• Identify gaps in supply planning and propose proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Datacenter Operations to optimize investments.
• Provide leadership with insights on demand trends and risks.
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on data.
• Analyze historical forecasts and create dashboards across product lines.
