Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking an Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Capacity Delivery team in the United States.

You will own end-to-end delivery of critical data center infrastructure, translating long-range forecasts and complex requirements into fully commissioned facilities. This role requires deep cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations to resolve technical and logistical challenges at hyperscale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions.
• Strong technical understanding of data center stack: power, cooling, networking, GPU/server hardware.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
