Job summary

Dolby Laboratories in Atlanta seeks a Billing Operations Manager for cloud services to own end-to-end billing, optimize Zuora, and drive revenue accuracy and customer experience. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement AI-enabled workflows, and scale subscription models globally.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years managing Zuora-based O2C, strong SaaS analytics, and a proven ability to transform billing operations with automation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Zuora billing operations, revenue ops and O2C in SaaS/cloud settings.
• Deep understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models.
• Zuora configuration, automation, troubleshooting, optimization experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS/cloud revenue recognition and lifecycle management.
• Experience applying AI/automation to billing and workflows.
• Technical collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, Eng and IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable billing operations strategy for cloud services.
• Lead optimization of Zuora and integrated systems; design automated processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product and Engineering on policies.
• Drive initiatives from concept to deployment, including change management.
• Escalate and resolve complex billing issues with root-cause analysis.
• Advance AI-enabled solutions and data-driven operational improvements.
