• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements in billing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable billing operations strategy for Dolby Cloud Services
• Lead Zuora configuration, automation, and system integrations to improve accuracy and scalability
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and IT to establish scalable revenue policies and processes
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and lifecycle management
