Job summary

Dolby Cloud Solutions is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of billing operations for Dolby's cloud-based SaaS offerings. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, optimize Zuora, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, revenue accuracy, system interoperability, and customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategy with execution.

Qualifications

Experience leading billing operations for cloud-based SaaS products.
Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models.
Experience with Zuora and integrated business systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue operations.

Responsibilities

Develop a scalable billing operations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Optimize Zuora and related systems; design AI-driven workflows.
Lead end-to-end order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Engineering to enforce controls and compliance.
Drive AI-enabled automation and system interoperability across billing platforms.
