Job Description:

The Cloud Alliance Manager will support key partner activities, reporting with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Azure) and assigned ISVs like Databricks, Confluent, Palo Alto, IBM. You will handle partner development, go-to-market activities, and track partner metrics. You will serve as the main contact for Intuitive.Cloud teams for all partner tasks, including competencies, funding details, and opportunity entries.

Responsibilities include new partner onboarding, portal updates, assisting sales teams in tracking joint opportunities, and pipeline funnel attribution. Candidates should have experience in partnership programs for a cloud consulting partner. This role involves understanding AWS, Google, Azure programs, funding opportunities, maintaining internal partner materials, and evangelizing Intuitive.cloud capabilities. This position is fully remote and reports to the Director of Alliances. Ideal candidates are self-starters, detail-oriented, and thrive in operational roles impacting revenue and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Collaborate with hyperscalers and ISVs on solution plays, messaging, and value-added initiatives. Lead regular meetings and business reviews with AWS, Google, and ISV partners.Assist Alliance leadership in building strong relationships with key cloud partners.
  • Partner Portals and Opportunities Management: Maintain sales portals and manage opportunities in partner portals, including AWS APN. Ensure opportunities are tracked and drive account teams to completion.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track pipeline growth through alliances, providing updates on performance metrics, ROI, and joint activities. Support quarterly business reviews.
  • Competencies & Programs: Manage partner certifications and compliance. Lead efforts to achieve advanced competencies with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, IBM. Participate in partner programs and secure higher tiers.
  • Partner Content & Marketing: Coordinate co-sell and marketing campaigns, produce thought leadership content, events, etc. Connect marketing teams to plan and execute events and report results.
  • Partner Solutions Development: Advocate internally to ensure products and programs align with partner needs in mind.
  • Sales Enablement: Educate Intuitive team on partner programs, funding, and promote Intuitive Cloud’s capabilities. Support Sales team with funding requests, access to experts, and resolve blockers.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay informed on AWS, Google, Azure, IBM, and ISV programs and communicate funding and training updates.
  • Marketplace Management: Create and maintain AWS Marketplace and other marketplace listings. Oversee Intuitive.Cloud’s presence on AWS and other marketplaces, managing product listings, pricing strategies, offers, and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partner/alliance, business development, co-sell, co-marketing within AWS and/or Google ecosystems. Strong understanding of AWS ACE program processes.
  • 5+ years in enterprise technology and partner/channel ecosystem.
  • BA/BS Degree in business or related field.
  • Enthusiastic team player and self-starter.
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills for optimizing co-selling and marketing strategies.
  • Organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, able to work independently in a high-growth environment.
