Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing day-to-day interactions with our partners, including Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building with partners and TeamViewer’s internal sales organization, have a strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and its partner ecosystem, will drive co-selling efforts between TeamViewer and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Salesforce.
  • Co-Selling Coordination: Act as the primary interface between TeamViewer's sales team and the account teams of Salesforce to drive co-selling initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances to develop and execute strategic plans that align with TeamViewer's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Participation: Represent TeamViewer at industry events, partner meetings, and other relevant engagements to promote our solutions and strengthen partnerships.
  • Training and Enablement: Ensure that both TeamViewer and partner sales teams are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or a related role within the technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience as Strategic Alliances Manager to Salesforce as a partner or direct Salesforce experience.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with major technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of co-selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
