Job summary
Cisco Systems is seeking a Solutions Engineer with a Cloud & AI (Data Center) focus to support midsize and larger opportunities. You’ll translate complex needs into technical plans, partner with account teams, and drive strategic deals across a global, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in pre-sales or deployment, strong networking and data center knowledge, and fluency in business English. Multilingual skills are valued in a multinational setting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales, support or deployment engineering.
- Experience carrying and achieving large sales quotas.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred and encouraged.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Business-level English; Arabic and French are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams to drive strategic mid-market deals.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions across Cisco portfolio.
- Align product capabilities to customer business drivers and data needs.
- Educate customers and colleagues on Cisco differentiation and demand creation.
- Collaborate with partners and AEs in account planning and execution.
