Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a technical leader for the Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure team.

You will own the development of AI-ready, software-defined infrastructures and deliver consultative expertise to strategic accounts across Americas, focusing on Public Sector, Enterprise and Commercial projects. You will guide and support RFP responses, PoCs and architectural designs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and industry trends, and collaborate with the Cisco direct seller

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in networking transport solutions and large-scale routing/switching.
• Deep expertise in MPLS, Segment Routing, SDN, 5G transport, DCI, and Cloud.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and stakeholder interlocks throughout the sales cycle.
• Proven track record in guiding complex RFPs and PoCs for large customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. English proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel is required (up to 50%).
• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own development of AI-ready, software-defined infrastructures that enable next-generation networks.
• Guide RFP responses, PoCs and architectural designs; ensure alignment with customer objectives and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Cisco direct seller community to engage customers at technical and executive levels and articulate Cisco's vision.
