• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train for performance, ensure uniform standards and promote teamwork and a positive environment.
• Contribute to sales goals through friendly service and by driving check averages via team product training and sales execution.
• Help manage cash, inventory, and assets to stay within company guidelines; keep the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with policies.
