Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Closing Shift Leader to help operate the restaurant in accordance with company standards. You will supervise a team, ensure quality pizza production, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining cash controls and inventory accuracy.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work long hours including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant and ensure quality products.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain shift staffing and train team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly customer service and increasing check averages.
• Contribute to profit goals by following company policies, managing cash, and overseeing inventory and safety.
