Job summary

Educare of Omaha, Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Aide for the 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. closing shift, with a $1.00 per hour differential for eligible hours.

The role is full-time in Omaha, NE, supporting lead and associate teachers in delivering a developmentally appropriate program. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, an active CDA or willingness to obtain, and at least two years of early childhood experience in a group setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CDA, or willingness to obtain.
• Two years early childhood experience in a group setting preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher and Associate Teacher in planning and implementing a comprehensive education program.
• Support development of individualized educational plans and classroom activities.
• Coordinate with family, staff, and other service providers to support child learning.
• Document progress and communicate with families about child development.

Education
