Job summary

Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC is seeking a Closing Paralegal to provide clerical support on prelitigation files under the supervision of an Attorney and Paralegal Manager. Responsibilities include document preparation, client communication, and other admin duties related to case closure.

Key tasks include case management, settlement paperwork, and ensuring timely correspondence with clients and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience in a related field such as insurance and/or medical billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Case management tasks, including logging daily mail and drafting correspondence.
• Assist with settlement paperwork and disbursements.
• Prepare files for litigation transfer when needed.
• Communicate with clients, Attorneys, and insurance adjusters regarding case status.
• Attend quarterly meetings and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
